Im so glad you reviewed this! I’ve been wondering if I should give it a try. I fear I’m not in shape enough to try it, but hopefully during summer I’ll be ready for this kind of intense training! Thanks for the review

DON’T BOTHER TO SIGN UP!!! More than half of the treadmils the tvs are out of order or the entire machine itself is out if order! You would think that after being a member for over a year AND a member increase they would fix them. Now that the weather is getting warm outside the AC is barely on!!! The cleanliness has declined, the towels some times smell when they’re supposed to be clean, the juice bar almost always have brown/black bananas. I can go on and on. I raised these issues with someone at the front desk and she had no explanation or didn’t bother to say “well we’re working on it” nothing!!! The manager overheard me speaking with her and hid behind some sort of door file holder and didn’t even address me. For all of this I’d rather go elsewhere. *new former member*

I have been feeling like this forever, too. I started using My Fitness Pal and immediately lost 8 pounds in less than 3 weeks! I was totally snacking waaaay too much. Crazy once you realize it. I still have a ways to go since having a baby (even though I am at my pre-baby weight, I don’t look like I used to!!). Great post!
